Can we use just one service?

Yes. HR Connect and Marketing Connect work on their own or together — start with whichever you need.

What should a brief include?

For hiring: the position title, job description, place of work, salary range and benefits. For marketing: your goal, timing and a rough budget. A few lines is enough — we'll ask about the rest.

What is your replacement guarantee?

If a candidate we placed resigns or underperforms within 45 days, we find a replacement once. Full terms are in our service agreement.

Do candidates pay anything to apply?

No. Connect Myanmar never asks job seekers for any payment. If someone does, it is not us.
